Resolution approving Mental Health Plan Agreement Amendment No. 17-94609 A01, between Department of Public Health (DPH), Community Behavioral Health Services and the California Department of Health Care Services, for the San Francisco Mental Health Plan, to update the terms and conditions reflecting changes that memorialize federal parity regulations, in the amount of $0 for the term of July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2022, to commence following approval by the Board of Supervisors; and to authorize DPH to enter into amendments or modifications to the agreement prior to its final execution by all parties that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the agreement or this Resolution.
