Resolution approving an amendment to the grant agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and the non-profit Self-Help for the Elderly, for the administration of the Congregate Nutrition Services for Older Adults Program, to increase the grant amount by $1,150,820 for a total not to exceed amount of $10,665,010 to commence following Board approval, with no change to the grant period of July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2025.
