Resolution approving the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-2023 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program; authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, to apply for, accept, and expend the City’s FY2022-2023 CDBG Program entitlement from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of up to $18,232,150 and to expend estimated program income and reprogrammed funds in the amount of $5,970,000 for a combined total of approximately $24,202,150 for a period beginning July 1, 2022, through the date when all funds are expended.
