Ordinance authorizing the Department of the Environment to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $250,000 from the Sidney E. Frank Foundation to initiate the San Francisco Zero Energy Homes (SFZEH) Program which will create the tools necessary for San Franciscans to radically reduce the amount of energy they use and amending Ordinance Number 183-09 to reflect the addition of one (1) grant funded position at the Department of the Environment.
