Resolution retroactively extending by 90 days the prescribed time within which the Planning Commission may render its decision on an Ordinance (File No. 221021) amending the Planning Code to allow projects under Housing Opportunities Mean Equity (HOME-SF) to agree to subject new dwelling units to the rent increase limitations of the Rent Ordinance; affirming the Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act; making findings of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1; and making findings of public necessity, convenience, and welfare under Planning Code, Section 302.
