Resolution retroactively extending by 90 days the prescribed time within which the Planning Commission may review and render its recommendation on an Ordinance (File No. 221105) amending the Planning Code to exclude designated historic districts under Article 10 of the Planning Code from the provisions of the Home Ownership Means Equity - San Francisco (HOME-SF) program; affirming the Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act; and making findings of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1, and findings of public necessity, convenience, and welfare under Planning Code, Section 302.
