Ordinance appropriating $10,000,000 from the General Reserve for the following uses: $4,000,000 to the Office of Economic and Workforce Development for nonpolice ambassadors for areas of the Tenderloin that currently lack such coverage, $3,000,000 to the Office of Economic and Workforce Development for small business safety and security grants, and $3,000,000 to the Department of Public Health to launch the Tenderloin Street Dealing Intervention Program in Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-2023.
