Resolution retroactively approving an agreement between the San Francisco Department of Public Health and the San Francisco Unified School District having anticipated revenue to the City of $1,000,000 or more for students with disabilities to receive special education and educationally related mental health services; and to authorize the Department of Public Health to enter into amendments or modifications to the agreement prior to its final execution by all parties that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the agreement or this Resolution.
