Title: Resolution approving second amendment to Port Commission Lease L-16997 (“Lease”) with Andre Boudin Bakeries, Inc., a California corporation, dba Chowder Hut Restaurant, located at 2860 Taylor Street, Seawall Lot (SWL) 301 for approximately 5,400 square feet of restaurant space that extends the deadline to March 31, 2024, changes the scope, and increases the minimum investment required for certain Tenant Improvements by $100,000 from $800,000 to $900,000; and to authorize the Port Executive Director to enter into amendments or modifications to the Lease that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Lease or this Resolution.
