Ordinance authorizing the Department of the Environment to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $80,000 from the US Environmental Protection Agency-Region 9 to research and develop a new protocol for ENERGYSTAR in Multifamily High-rise residential and mixed-use buildings and amending Ordinance Number 183-09 to reflect the addition of one (1) grant funded position at the Department of the Environment.
