Ordinance authorizing the Office of the Public Defender to retroactively accept and expend a grant in the amount of $166,981.50 from the Metta Fund Foundation to implement a Supported Employment Program to assist Public Defender clients with mental illness in securing competitive employment, and amending Ordinance No. 183-09 (Annual Salary Ordinance, FY2009-2010) to reflect addition of one (1) grant-funded position (0.25 FTE) in Class 2910 Social Worker at the Office of the Public Defender.
