Resolution approving the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025 HOME Investment Partnership Program; and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, to apply for, accept and expend the City’s FY2024-2025 HOME Program entitlement from the United States (U.S.) Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $5,761,293 and to expend program income in the amount of $2,000,000 for a combined total of $7,761,293 for the term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2029.
