Ordinance amending the San Francisco Health Code, Article 1, by amending Sections 41.9, 41.10, 41.15, 41.16, 41.17, and 41.22, to increase fees and set new fees for the Department of Animal Care and Control and to update language to reflect current practices; amending Section 41.25 to authorize administrative citations for violation of specified Health Code sections; amending Section 41.26 to update language regarding fee changes in subsequent fiscal years; and making environmental findings.
