Resolution approving and authorizing a long term ground lease of 150 Otis Street to 150 Otis Associates, L.P., a California limited partnership, for a term of 70 years with a 29 year extension option, under San Francisco Charter Section 9.118, for the development and operation of affordable housing; and making findings that the lease is in conformance with CEQA, the City's General Plan, and the priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
