Resolution approving a Greenhouse Gas-Free Contract for CleanPowerSF with the Pacific Gas and Electric Company to acquire the renewable electricity supplies needed to meet and maintain the City and County of San Francisco’s clean energy targets, in an amount not to exceed $8,955,000 with a term of one year from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with binding arbitration.
