Resolution adopting findings under the California Environmental Quality Act, CEQA Guidelines, and San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 31, including the adoption of a mitigation monitoring and reporting program, related to the funding of Project No. CENMSCIC11, Cesar Chavez Sewer System Improvement, directing the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to notify the Controller of this action, and authorizing the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to expend a grant in the amount of $477,900 from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency through the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriation Act of 2006.
