Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code by adding Chapter 46, Sections 46.1 though 46.5, to: (1) create a Task Force on Police/Sheriff Consolidation to make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors regarding whether to transfer the Police Department's functions, assets, and operations to the Sheriff; provide for the Task Force's membership, organization, and duties; and (2) set a sunset date for the Task Force.
