Resolution approving an Agreement between the City, acting by and through the Human Services Agency, and Glide Foundation for the provision of the Free Meals Program, for a term of four years from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029, for a total not to exceed amount of $14,115,847; and to authorize the Executive Director of the Human Services Agency to make necessary, non-material changes to the Agreement before its execution.
