Resolution approving an Agreement between the City, acting by and through the Department of Disability and Aging Services, and San Francisco-Marin Food Bank for the provision of the Food Assistance Program, for a term of four years from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029, and for a total not to exceed amount of $12,604,048; and to authorize the Department of Disability and Aging Services to enter into amendments or modifications to the Grant Agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Grant Agreement.
