Resolution authorizing the Mayor’s Office of Housing to enter into a standard agreement with the California State Department of Housing and Community Development to accept and expend $30,000,000 of Infill Infrastructure Grant Program funds; the execution of a loan agreement with the Project Sponsor for disbursement of grant funds; and the execution of any related documents necessary to participate in the Infill Infrastructure Grant Program.
