Resolution approving an Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through the Department of Disability and Aging Services, and San Francisco In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority for the provision of independent provider mode in-home supportive services, for a term of five years from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2031, and for a total not to exceed amount of $991,313,916; and to authorize the Executive Director of the Department of Disability and Aging Services to make necessary, non-material changes to the Amendment before its execution.
