Resolution retroactively authorizing the Human Rights Commission to execute a Grant Amendment between the City and County of San Francisco and TransCanWork, Inc., fiscal sponsor for Parivar Bay Area, for the Request For Proposal No. 85 - LGBTQI+ and Various Communities grant to increase the grant amount by $150,000 for a total amount not to exceed $450,000; and to extend the grant term from December 31, 2024, for a total term of January 26, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
