Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Fire Department to amend the Department’s ambulance billing contract with ADPI West, Inc., that anticipates approximately $20,000,000 per year in revenues, authorize the first two-year contract extension; retroactively approve the first contract extension to July 1, 2010, and at the Department’s discretion authorize the Department to exercise the second two-year extension for the contract.
