Resolution authorizing the Juvenile Probation Department to retroactively accept and expend a grant in the amount of $100,000 from the Federal Formula Grants Program for the Disproportionate Minority Contact Support Project, administered by the Corrections Standards Authority, for calendar year 2011, to be used for implementation of a multifaceted approach to disparities reduction, including education, data, and best practice review and community outreach.
