Ordinance amending Police Code Sections 3300C.1, 3300C.3, 3300C.5, and 3300C.6 to impose a lower (ten-employee) threshold for City contractors, subject to the Displaced Worker Ordinance, and to provide enforcement and rulemaking powers to the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement as to City contractors subject to the Act; and amending Administrative Code Section 21.25-1 to expand coverage of the prevailing wage ordinance regarding janitors to City contractors regardless of size.
