Resolution authorizing the Department of Children, Youth and Families to retroactively accept and expend grant funding in the amount of $3,000,000 from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to fund the San Francisco Bridge to Success Program, a partnership between the City and County of San Francisco, City College of San Francisco, and the San Francisco Unified School District, to double the number of low income youth who earn post-secondary credentials by age 26 for the period of August 13, 2010, through August 31, 2013.
