Motion scheduling the Board to sit as a Committee of the Whole on April 26, 2011, at 3 p.m., to hold a public hearing of the proposal of the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco on a Resolution to consider making certain findings pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33445 and consenting to the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco’s use of tax increment funds to provide: 1) a $400,000 grant to the San Francisco Arts Commission for structural, seismic and disabled-accessibility renovations to the Bayview Opera House; and 2) a $785,000 grant to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency for Plaza improvements to the Bayview Opera House; in the Bayview Hunters Point Redevelopment Project Area.
