Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code, Section 6.22(E) to authorize departments to petition the State Director of Industrial Relations in the event the department concludes that there is no prevailing wage rate set, or that a prevailing wage has not been properly set, for a particular craft, classification or type of worker needed for a prospective public works contract.
