Resolution extending by six (6) months the prescribed time within which the Planning Commission may render its decision on a proposed Ordinance (File No. 110224) that would amend the Planning Code by amending Sectional Map HT07 of the Zoning Map of the City and County of San Francisco to rezone the property located at 2301 Market Street on the corner of Market and Noe Streets from a 50-X height and bulk limit to a 65-X height and bulk limit; and making environmental findings and findings of consistence with the General Plan and priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
