Motion scheduling the Board to sit as a Committee of the Whole on November 8, 2011, at 3 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the proposal of the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco on a Resolution to consider the proposal of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency to enter into a Ground Lease Agreement and lease the land located at 25 Essex Street, Assessor’s Parcel No. 064-3749, commonly known as Rene Cazenave Apartments to 25 Essex, L.P., a California limited partnership, consistent with the provisions of the California Community Redevelopment Law Section 33433.
