Motion scheduling the Board to sit as a Committee of the Whole on November 15, 2011, at 3:00 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the proposal of the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco on a Resolution to consider the proposal of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency to enter into a Ground Lease Agreement and lease the land located at 474 Natoma Street, Assessor’s Block No. 3725, Lot No. 101, commonly known as the Natoma Family Apartments to 474 Natoma, LLC, a California limited liability company, consistent with the provisions of the California Community Redevelopment Law Section 33433.
