1. In order for these new rights to have any impact we need to ensure that our ability to enforce these laws is sufficient. This means that staffing levels at the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement have to be increased but it also means that we need to fund community based organizations that can supplement our ability to reach out to workers who may be reticent to claim their rights.
