Resolution authorizing the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) to retroactively accept and
expend a grant in the amount of $986,643 from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of
Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office) for the purpose of renovating the Police
Department computing environment and network infrastructure for the new Records Management
System (RMS) application. The new system will provide a more efficient work environment, more
accurate information and enhanced safety for both the public and officers.
