2:05 CV 01693 entitled United States of America v. City and County of San Francisco, et al. and Case
No. 1:07 CV 01300 entitled United States of America v. City and County of San Francisco, et al. and
appropriating $7,000,000 of fund balance from the Hetch Hetchy Fund for this purpose.
