Board of Supervisors to be Governing Body of the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of
San Francisco, thereby replacing the existing seven-member appointed Board, with findings in
support (California Community Redevelopment Law, Health & Safety Code §§33000 et seq.); and
establishing an eleven-member appointed Community Redevelopment Commission and delegating
certain powers to the Commission.
