Ordinance amending Article 12 of the San Francisco Business and Tax Regulations Code by adding
Section 856.1 to authorize the Tax Collector to charge a fee of $25 for issuing a duplicate business
registration certificate requiring a notation in the record of the loss or destruction of the original
certificate and making a finding that the actions contemplated in this Ordinance are in compliance with
the California Environmental Quality Act.
