Ordinance amending Administrative Code Section 3.3 to (1) require the Mayor to submit a preliminary
budget to the Board of Supervisors by the first working day of April 2002 for the 2002-2003 fiscal year;
(2) require that the existing timetable for submission of the budget expire on December 31, 2002, and
(3) state the intention of the Board of Supervisors to approve a new timetable for subsequent fiscal
years by not later than September 30, 2002.
