San Francisco Administrative Code by adding Chapter 41E to require residential hotel owners to
provide a United States Postal Service-approved mail receptacle for each residential unit and by
amending Section 37.14 to provide for an appeal to the Rent Board for violation of this requirement;
adopting findings pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 17958.5.
