Ordinance amending Administrative Code by adding Chapter 77 and amending Building Code by
adding Section 105.8 to implement the Charter-mandated appellate authority of the Building
Inspection Commission, to provide that appeals heard by the former Abatement Appeals Board shall
be heard by the Commission, and to authorize an exemption from or refund of appeal fees under
specified circumstances, amending Table 1-K of the Building Code to establish Building Inspection
Commission Appeal Fees.
