Code) by amending Sections 314, 314.1, 314.2, 314.3, 314.4, 314.6, 314.7, and 314.8 of the
Childcare ordinance to redefine "Hotel," and add a definition of research, development and technology
business service space, and to apply the childcare mitigation requirement to all new and expanded
research, development and technology business service space of at least 25,000 square feet.
