Ordinance amending the San Francisco Building Code by adding Section 106.1.14 to require that a
permit be issued before commencing with construction of an impervious surface, other than a
driveway, in a front yard setback area and providing that violation of the permit requirement shall be
an infraction subject to fines up to $500; amending Section 110, Table 1-F to establish the permit fee.
