grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a total amount not to exceed
$7,896,000 for the HOME Program authorized under Title II of the National Affordable Housing Act of
1990, Public Law Number 101-625, and approving the HOME Program description as described in the
2001 Action Plan for San Francisco's Consolidated Plan. Indirect costs associated with the
acceptance of these grant funds will be paid by Community Development Block Grant funds; placing
$30,000 on reserve.
