and terms of said Bonds; authorizing the execution, authentication and registration of said Bonds;
providing the appointment of depositories and other agents for said Bonds; providing for the
establishment of accounts related thereto; approving the forms of Official Notice of Sale of Bonds and
Notice of Intention to Sell Bonds; directing the publication of the Notice of Intention to Sell Bonds;
approving the form and execution of the Official Statement relating thereto; approving the form of the
Continuing Disclosure Certificate; approving modifications to documents; ratifying certain actions
previously taken; and granting general authority to City officials to take necessary actions in
connection with the authorization, issuance, sale and delivery of said Bonds.
