Coordinating Council; developing a Five Year Plan and Quarterly Reporting protocol; implementing a
City-run Centralized Case Management Information System and Case Management Services;
detailing shelter standards and developing a compliance inspection system; establishing standards for
the award and administration of contracts, including incentive clauses with outside entities for the
delivery of homeless services; and operating a Long-term Housing Resource Clearinghouse.
