Ordinance repealing the definition of "Hazardous Waste" in Section 1000, and Sections 1002, 1003,
1005, 1007, 1008, 1009, 1010, 1011, 1013, and 1015 of Article 20 of the San Francisco Public Works
Code; and amending the San Francisco Health Code by reenacting the repealed provisions as new
Article 22A; amending the remaining provisions of Article 20 of the San Francisco Public Works Code
to reference new Article 22A of the San Francisco Health Code; and providing the Department of
Public Health with the authority to charge fees to defray the cost of implementing this article.
