Motion adding Rule 1.10 to the Rules of Order of the Board of Supervisors to provide that
Supervisors, and the Mayor, are urged to submit to the Board of Supervisors for public hearing all
proposed ballot measures that four or more Supervisors, or the Mayor, are planning to submit directly
to the voters, including general obligation or revenue bond measures under sections 9.106 and 9.107
of the City Charter; and urging the circulators of initiative ballot measures to participate in public
hearings on their measures at the Board of Supervisors.
