definition of residential use in Article 8, Section 890.88 of the Planning Code; to delete the exemption

live/work units from the list of other uses set forth in Planning Code Section 227(p) and (q) and
include live/work units in the list of dwellings set forth in Section 215; adopting findings pursuant to
Planning Code Section 101.1.
