Ordinance accepting irrevocable offers for improvements and real property to widen Executive Park
Boulevard and establish a sidewalk on either side of such Boulevard at Sandpiper Cove Way;
accepting grant deeds for the street and public sidewalk easements for the sidewalk area; declaring
this area to be open public right-of-way, dedicating it for right-of-way and roadway purposes, and
accepting maintenance and liability for this area subject to certain limitations; establishing new right-of
-way and a sidewalk width change based on a Department of Public Works map showing such area;
making findings, including environmental findings and General Plan and Priority Policy findings of
Planning Code Section 101.1; and authorizing official acts in connection with this Ordinance.
