Hospital Reserve for Debt Service (Senate Bill 1128) revenues are recognized, as well as expenditure
reductions of $7,389,546 and additional expenditures of $34,520,000 at San Francisco General
Hospital, and $10,337,000 at Laguna Honda Hospital.
