$1,439,000 in Federal Surface Transportation Program and/or Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality
Improvements Funds through the Metropolitan Transportation Commission’s Safe Routes to School
Grant Program for the period of September 1, 2014, through August 31, 2017; and waiving indirect
costs; committing the necessary matching funds; stating assurance to complete the project, and
delegating authorization to execute these agreements, and any amendments thereto, to the Director
of Public Health.
